Next month sees the return of the English based chanteuse Barb Jungr for her fourth tour of Australia, taking a much welcomed place at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival. In her first tour ‘Down Under’ since 2009, Barb will present two programmes devoted to her two latest CD releases – The Men I Love (The New American Songbook) and the recently issued Stockport To Memphis. Chatting by phone from the UK, Barb is her usual effusive self and quickly decides to focus on the new disc.
